Lumia 900 ATT locked- no contract.

As a Nokia and windows fan, I love this lumia 900 phone. Wi-fi is available at home and working place, just do not need data service. ATT store sells it 399 dollars without contract, but here only 252 dollars. Shipping is super fast and phone is brand new.

i LIKE THIS PRODUCT VERY MUCH.
its nice and usefull too.
Currently had a problem with my NOKIA LUMIA 900.
It just got stuck and is not starting.
Am sad for it.
Need Service or Help to make it start
